History of Hadith
Muslim scholars and theologians have the first three centuries debated and studied the question of which of the surviving traditions which contradict each other in some respects, are authentic and which later invented. The Hadith are then included in numerous collections, of which the Sunni six qualify. Islam as reliable These are recorded around 800-850.
